E10 means a Freedom column sensor is reporting temperatures the compartment does not actually hold. The control chases the bad reading, the box drifts warm, and food spoils quietly. We test each sensor against a reference thermometer and replace the one that lies.
Column ice maker, code E33
An E33 fault stops ice production in the column outright. The cause ranges from a jammed ejector to a failed harness connection at the maker itself. We isolate it at the component, replace what failed, and verify a full harvest before we leave.
Ice maker fill tube
The fill tube that feeds the ice maker freezes into a solid plug, water stops arriving, and production ends without any code on the display. Owners often blame the maker itself. We clear the plug, correct the fill, and address why it froze.
Condenser fan
